Scarlett Units definition

Scarlett Units means the rental units to be constructed on the Scarlett Property by Lessee pursuant to the Final Development Plan approval provided for in Section 2.4(a).

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Trust Units means units of the Trust;
