SCA/MMRP definition

SCA/MMRP means the 2012 Oakland Army Base (OARB) Project Standard Conditions of Approval/Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, approved by the Board on June 21, 2012, as it was further revised on July 16, 2013, and as it may be modified, amended, or reissued from time to time. Examples of SCA/MMRP in a sentence

  • To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the SCAMMRP and these Conditions, the more restrictive Conditions shall govern.

  • Adoption of the SCAMMRP will constitute fulfillment of the CEQA monitoring and/or reporting requirement set forth in section 21081.6 of CEQA.
