Sawlogs definition

Sawlogs means merchantable timber prepared and sorted as decked, scaled logs and sold f.o.b., as defined in30-2-319, at a designated location, expressed in terms of dollars per thousand board feet or dollars per ton.
Sawlogs have the meanings specified in the Chip and Sawlog Agreement;
Sawlogs means logs representative of a cross-section of BCFP’s coastal sawlog production, but not including standard fir, which have been manufactured and sorted according to quality and specifications that would from time to time be prepared for use in BCFP’s coastal sawmills or into Sawlog booms for sale on the Vancouver log market.

  • Grab sample means an individual sample collected in less than 15 minutes in conjunction with an instantaneous flow measurement.

  • HEPA filter means a high efficiency particulate absolute air filter capable of trapping and retaining 99.97 percent of fibers greater than 0.3 micrometers in mass median aerodynamic diameter equivalent.

  • Dusting aid means a product designed or labeled to assist in removing dust and other soils from floors and other surfaces without leaving a wax or silicone based coating. “Dusting Aid” does not include “Pressurized Gas Duster.”

  • Blendstock means and includes any petroleum product component of motor fuel, such as naphtha, reformate, or toluene; or any oxygenate that can be blended for use in a motor fuel.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Moped means every vehicle that travels on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground

  • Gravel means stone screened from river sand or quarried and washed free of clay and clay coatings. Concrete aggregate designated as Class II by the department of transportation is acceptable.

  • Landfill Gas means any gas derived through any biological process from the decomposition of waste buried within a waste disposal site.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Pile means any non-containerized accumulation of solid, nonflowing hazardous waste that is used for treatment or storage and that is not a containment building.

  • Slope means the inclination of a surface expressed as one unit of rise or fall for so many horizontal units;

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.
