Savings and Investment Program means the Bristol-Myers Squibb Company Savings and Investment Program, and as amended from time to time.
Savings and Investment Program when immediately preceded by "Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb" means the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx Squibb Company Savings and Investment Program and when immediately preceded by "Zimmer" means the U.S. tax-qualified defined contribution plan and trust to be established by Zimmer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).
