SATELLITE SAMPLE definition
SATELLITE SAMPLE means a prepared quantity of the Drug Product Intermediate representing the Drug Product Intermediate that will be used by BAXTER for Production. BAXTER shall use the Satellite Sample to conduct quality control tests of the Drug Product Intermediate prior to commencing Production of the relevant Batch, in accordance with Exhibit D1 of the Product Master Plan.
