Satellite Equipment definition

Satellite Equipment means the devices required to carry Customer’s VSAT traffic from the Customer’s remote Location to the hub Location and vice versa.
Satellite Equipment means a satellite modem, radio frequency equipment and an antenna.
Satellite Equipment shall have the meaning given to it in Section 30.1 hereof.

Examples of Satellite Equipment in a sentence

  • Landlord makes no representation that the Satellite Equipment will be able to receive or transmit communication signals without interference or disturbance and Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant therefor.

  • At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease or the discontinuance of the use of the Satellite Equipment by Tenant, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, remove the Satellite Equipment from the Building.

  • Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) of every kind and description that may arise out of or be connected in any way with Tenant’s installation, operation, or removal of the Satellite Equipment.

  • The Satellite Equipment shall be treated for all purposes of this Lease as if the same were Tenant's property.

  • Tenant shall pay all taxes of any kind or nature whatsoever levied upon the Satellite Equipment and all charges, expenses and other costs of any nature whatsoever relating to the installation, ownership, maintenance and operation of the Satellite Equipment.

  • If Tenant fails to correct noncompliance within such thirty (30) day period (as may be extended), then Tenant shall immediately discontinue its use of the Satellite Equipment and remove the same.

  • Tenant acknowledges that, upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, Tenant shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, to remove the Satellite Equipment and repair any and all damage as a result thereof.

  • Landlord shall have the right, at its expense and after 60 days prior notice to Tenant, to relocate the Satellite Equipment to another site on the roof of the Building as long as such site reasonably meets Tenant’s sight line and interference requirements and does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use and operation of the Satellite Equipment.

  • Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be liable for any Satellite Equipment or related property disposed of or removed by Landlord.

  • If Tenant does not so remove the Satellite Equipment, Tenant hereby authorizes Landlord to remove and dispose of the Satellite Equipment and charge Tenant as Additional Rent for all costs and expenses incurred by Landlord in such removal and disposal.
