Santorini Mortgage definition

Santorini Mortgage means the first priority or (as the case may be) preferred mortgage of the Santorini Ship executed or (as the context may require) to be executed by the Santorini Borrower in favour of the Security Agent and/or any other Creditors in such form as the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks in their sole discretion) may require;
Santorini Mortgage means the first priority statutory Gibraltar mortgage of the Santorini Ship dated 20 March 2009 executed by the Santorini Borrower in favour of the Security Agent;

  • Mortgage shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • First Mortgage means a Mortgage that constitutes a first Lien on the real property and improvements described in or covered by that Mortgage.

  • Reverse mortgage means a nonrecourse loan under which both of the following apply:

  • Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Mortgage Documents With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the mortgage documents required to be delivered to the Custodian pursuant to each Custodial Agreement.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer.   • First Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a first priority mortgage lien with respect to any Property.

  • Fee Mortgage Any mortgage, pledge agreement, security agreement, assignment of leases and rents, fixture filing or similar document creating or evidencing a lien on Landlord’s interest in the Leased Property or any portion thereof (or an indirect interest therein, including without limitation, a lien on direct or indirect interests in Landlord) in accordance with the provisions of Article XXXI hereof.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan as to which, at the time of origination, a Letter of Credit was issued in favor of the initial holder of such Mortgage Loan.

  • mortgage agreement ’ means the note or debt instrument and the mortgage instrument, deed of trust instrument, trust deed, or instru- ment or instruments creating the mortgage, including any instrument incorporated by ref- erence therein (including any applicable regu- latory agreement), and any instrument or agreement amending or modifying any of the foregoing;

  • Existing Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(a)(vi).

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • First Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a first lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Owner Mortgage Loan File A file maintained by the Custodian for each Mortgage Loan that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(a) and any additional documents required to be added to the Owner Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Mortgage Collateral the “Collateral” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, title insurance, opinions of counsel, surveys, appraisals and environmental reports as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Mortgage Assignment means an assignment of the Mortgage in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage.
