Santa Xxxx Facility means the premises located at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, which are leased by Borrower pursuant to the Santa Xxxx Lease.

Santa Xxxx Facility means the real property located in Santa Xxxx County, Florida on which the Business is operated, as such real property is more specifically described in Appendix J, including all tenements, hereditaments, easements, rights-of-way, rights, licenses, estates, patents, privileges and appurtenances belonging, pertaining or relating to such real property and the entire right, title and interest of the Cytec Parties, if any, in, to or under all streets, ways, alleys, passages, gores, pipes, pipelines, sewers, sewer rights, ditches, waters, water courses, water rights and powers, railroad sidings, minerals, mineral rights and mineral interests upon, above, in, under or pertaining to such real property and all claims or demands whatsoever of the Cytec Parties, either in law or in equity, with respect to such real property, together with all buildings, fixtures, structures, facilities and improvements thereon; provided that "Santa Xxxx Facility" shall not include any Excluded Real Property.
