Sanifill definition

Sanifill means any one or more of Sanifill, Inc., Sanifill Hauling, Sunray Services, Inc., S&J Landfill Limited Partnership and Brazoria County Recycling Center, Inc.
Sanifill means Sanifill, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in Houston, Texas, and its successors and assigns, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, managers, agents and employees.
