Sandwell Highway means the portion of Highway shown hatched black on the Plan ‘’Dudley Highway’’ means the portion of Highway shown dash lined black on the plan “Order Lands” means the land to be included in the Highway CPO to facilitate the Highway Works and more particularly described on the Plan “the Plan” means the Plan annexed hereto

  • Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use
