Sanction Screening definition

Sanction Screening means the process of reviewing whether a customer falls or is covered under any of the relevant sanctions lists and, whether it is necessary to take appropriate action.
Sanction Screening means the company disclosure to member/Employer that being part of a global financial institution, We comply with national and international laws, regulations, policies, rules and requirements to prevent criminal activities, money laundering and terrorist financing, sanctions and prohibited business activity laws and rules violations. We must therefore check all information, instructions and transactions by and on behalf of member/Employer in relation to all transactions and to the business relationship on a continuous basis.
