San Xxxxxx Project definition

San Xxxxxx Project means the San Xxxxxx Project of the Company, as described in the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014, and any additions thereto after such date. The “San Xxxxxx Project” shall expressly include the San Xxxxxx Group mining concessions, the Temoris Group mining concessions, the Guazapares Group mining concessions, all Surface Agreements related thereto, and all land, minerals, metal, ore, mining concessions, information and other assets described or included in the San Xxxxxx Technical Report.
San Xxxxxx Project means the assets located in the San Xxxxxx Desert, Washoe County, Nevada and includes the geothermal power plant project, approximately 22,944 acres of geothermal leases, and associated ground water rights;
San Xxxxxx Project means, collectively, all properties, assets or other rights, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, now owned or leased or hereafter acquired by or for the benefit of the Yamana Group Companies which assets are used or intended for use in or forming part of the project for the development of the San Xxxxxx copper-gold ore body located in Department of Copan in Honduras (and, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include:

San Xxxxxx Project means the mineral property of the Corporation located in Xxxxx County, Utah and is comprised of 181 unpatented claims and one Utah State lease (ML-49311) covering approximately 4,260 acres;
San Xxxxxx Project means the copper-gold-silver project located within the San Xxxxxx exploration area in Colombia in which mineral title is either held by the Subsidiary or optioned pursuant to the Option Agreement;
