SAMRO’s Repertoire definition
SAMRO’s Repertoire and/or “Repertoire”, means all Works of Music of SAMRO’s Members in respect of which SAMRO holds rights of Performance, including the Works of Music of the Members of the Affiliated Societies. A list of all SAMRO’s Members, as updated from time to time, is available on SAMRO’s website.
Examples of SAMRO’s Repertoire in a sentence
The licence fee is payable irrespective of whether the Licensee elects to Perform SAMRO’s Repertoire or not.
The Licensee is therefore entitled to, at the Premises and during the period that the Agreement is in force, perform any of the Works of Music in SAMRO’s Repertoire.
