Sample Net Working Capital definition

Sample Net Working Capital means the illustrative calculation of Net Working Capital as of the Balance Sheet Date set forth on Exhibit C hereto, together with a description of the Company Accounting Principles used in determining such calculation.
Sample Net Working Capital means that illustrative example of the calculation of Net Working Capital attached hereto as Annex F.

  • The Estimated Closing Statement shall be calculated consistent with GAAP and the Sample Net Working Capital Calculation.
