Salinas Basin definition

Salinas Basin means the Xxxxxxx River Groundwater Basin as that term is used in the Agency Act. For purposes of the MCWRA’s authority under Section 9(u) of the Agency Act to prevent the export of groundwater from the Xxxxxxx River Groundwater Basin, “Salinas Basin” includes the former Fort Ord.
