Sales Subsidiaries means, collectively, (i) MagnaChip Semiconductor, Inc., a California corporation; (ii) MagnaChip Semiconductor Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 05232381; (iii) MagnaChip Semiconductor, Inc., a Japan company; (iv) MagnaChip Semiconductor Ltd. a Hong Kong company; and (v) MagnaChip Semiconductor Limited, a Taiwan company.
