Sales Quote definition

Sales Quote means the Sales Quotation provided in advance of an order to detail prices.

Sales Quote means Quantum’s or Quantum’s Authorized Reseller’s sales or price quote against which Licensee placed an order concurrently or prior to the effectiveness of this XXXX.

Sales Quote means Inpro’s written sales quote or price quote of particular Goods and Project Specifications that Buyer has designated to Inpro for an individual Order. Inpro may provide Buyer a Sales Quote in response to a Request for a Quote or other similar request for a Sales Quote or price quote to the Buyer, including other communications, and may assign a corresponding Quote Number to a Sales Quote.

Examples of Sales Quote in a sentence

• Upon termination of this Agreement, Customer shall return any Seller owned Instrument to Seller unless otherwise agreed in the Sales Quote.

• Any breach by Customer of this section shall entitle Seller to terminate this Agreement or any Sales Quote upon receipt of written notice to Customer.

• Seller’s acceptance of a Sales Quote or an Order is established by the earlier of (a) Seller delivering written acknowledgement of acceptance to Customer, or (b) Seller delivering Products to the Delivery Point as set forth in Section 4, whichever occurs first.

Sales Quote means the Sales Quotation provided in advance of an order to detail prices. “TSI Equipment” means any apparatus or equipment provided by TSI or any Third Party to the customer at the Site to enable provision of the Service under this Agreement.

Sales Quote means the sales quote prepared by Xxxxx and provided to the Client which includes details about the Services and or Products offered to the Client.

Windowcraft may provide Buyer a Sales Quote in response to a Request for Quote or other similar request for a sales quote or price quote by Buyer, including other communications, and may assign a corresponding Quote Number to a Sales Quote.

Sales Quote means the most current sales quotation, proposal or other similar writing provided by Acacia that describes the Products, prices and lead times offered to Customer; "Software" means any firmware or other computer program (in object code) that is installed and executes on Hardware, or that is delivered on separate media and loaded and executed on any Hardware (or loaded and executed on Customer's computer system in connection with operating any Hardware); "Specification" means the technical specification (not including marketing collateral) applicable to the Product, as prepared by Acacia.
