Sales Quote means Quantum’s or Quantum’s Authorized Reseller’s sales or price quote against which Licensee placed an order concurrently or prior to the effectiveness of this ▇▇▇▇.
Sales Quote means the Sales Quotation provided in advance of an order to detail prices.
Sales Quote means Inpro’s written sales quote or price quote of particular Goods and Project Specifications that Buyer has designated to Inpro for an individual Order. More Definitions of Sales Quote
Sales Quote means the bioMérieux quote provided to the Customer and made a part of the Agreement between the Parties which identifies the Products. “Seller” means bioMérieux, Inc., including its affiliated companies.
