Sales offer definition
Sales offer means the offer made to an undefined multitude of users upon consignment by the seller, calling on it to make Bids for a Financial product in an Auction as well as conclude a Sale and purchase agreement immediately after the Auction.
Sales offer has the meaning specified in Section 2.13(b)(ii).
