Sales Milestone Payment Product means any product sold by Parent, Merger Sub or Company during the Sales Milestone Payment Period as a Branded Product that could not have been commercialized without the Intellectual Property of the Company.
Sales Milestone Payment is defined in Section 5.3.
Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;
Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which, if applicable, must be completed by the relevant Milestone Date;
Milestone Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.
Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.
Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).
Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.
Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;
Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"
New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.
Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.
Sublicense Revenue means [***].
Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;
Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.
Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.
Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
