Sales Employees those Bioglan Employees who are principally employed as sales representatives or sales managers on the date hereof and identified as such on Section 7.1 of the Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Sales Employees

Sales Employees means all Employees who are employed or otherwise engaged as part of the sales force of the Expediter Entities, including, without limitation, the executive vice president of sales and other sales executives and all division vice presidents, district sales managers, zone sales managers, sales supervisors and area managers.
