Where the parties agree that Bell shall have access rights to a sales, decor and/or finishing centre operated by the Owner to facilitate sales in the Building (the "Sales Centre"), the parties shall insert the address of the Sales Centre in Paragraph B below and by doing so, the parties hereby agree that the terms of this License shall apply to the Sales Centre constructed or to be constructed by the Owner as if it were the Building.
To the extent applicable, Owner agrees to grant to Bell a non-exclusive easement and statutory right of way and/or a path to the property line over the Sales Centre and/or Building, as the case may be and in or through the Equipment Space if it is determined that a fibre optic cable or such other Equipment must be installed to the Sales Centre, Building and/or in the Equipment Space.
The maximum number of Stewards shall be seven (7) at Richmond, (2) at Richmond II (in Sales) five (5) at Mayfair including at least two (2) in Mayfair Distribution, one (1) at Chilliwack and one (1) at Sunshine Coast Sales Centre.
Bell shall have reasonable and continuous access into the Building and to the Equipment Space subject to giving reasonable notice to the Owner or its building manager, property manager or superintendent, as applicable, of its intention to enter the Sales Centre or Building in order to install, operate, maintain, repair or replace the Equipment, provided that entry will be made during normal business hours except in the case of emergency.
Seniority for bargaining unit employees working at the Sunshine Coast Sales Centre shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 19(c) of the Collective Agreement (or as otherwise may be provided for in the arbitration award of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ undated, which award decided upon start-up conditions only).
Owner also agrees to provide to Bell, at no charge, access to and use of, one or more rooms or other segregated, enclosed spaces in the Sales Centre and/or Building (the "Equipment Space(s)"), as needed and mutually agreed upon by the parties, acting in good faith, which is suitable in all respects for the purpose of housing or storing the applicable Equipment.
