Sales and Medical Representatives means employees of a Party who are responsible for performing Detailing activities or medical education activities in connection with the Promotion of a Licensed Product.

  • If any Sales and Medical Representatives promote any other products in addition to the Co-Promoted Products, a Party’s target bonus or sales incentive program shall be balanced and support the agreed upon efforts by Sales and Medical Representatives for promoting the Co-Promoted Products in addition to any other products such Sales and Medical Representatives are promoting; provided that such program shall be consistent with such Party’s Detail FTE Requirements.
