Salary Budget definition

Salary Budget for TIO means the total Total Remuneration of all employees of TIO who are eligible to participate in the Remuneration Review in accordance with clause 3.2.7 and who have a full time equivalent Total Remuneration of less than $180,000 per annum.
Salary Budget means the salary budget set out in Schedule 12. Schemes means the Share Scheme and Demerger Scheme, and Scheme means either one of them, as the context requires.

  • The League may reduce or eliminate such third Designated Player annual payments in its discretion, provided that it replaces the amounts that are reduced or eliminated with new allocations that may be used consistent with the other non-targeted allocations in this agreement (e.g., “Failure to Make the Playoffs” allocation) and the Competition Guidelines (i.e., such new allocations may be used to buy down a Player’s Salary Budget Charge).

  • Players on the Senior Roster must be paid a base salary equal to or greater than the Senior Minimum Salary set forth in Section 10.1. For purposes of the Team Salary Budget, if a Team does not fill a minimum of eighteen (18) slots, the League will impute a Senior Minimum Salary for the unfilled slots up to eighteen (18).

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Budget year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;

  • Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Vacation Year means the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first (1st) day of April in each calendar year and concluding on the thirty-first (31st) day of March of the following calendar year.

It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Leave Salary means the monthly amount paid by the University to an employee who is on leave.
