  • The Applicant agrees that the Company or its subsidiaries/affiliates may at their sole discretion and subject to such Government approvals as may be necessary, enter into an arrangement of generating and/or supplying power to the various projects within or outside the Said Group Housing Complex in which the Said Apartment is located.

  • The Applicant agrees to enter into a maintenance agreement with the Company or the Maintenance Agency appointed by the Company for maintenance and upkeep of the Said Group Housing Complex (including common areas & facilities) and undertakes to pay the maintenance bills/ charges thereof.

  • The Company may at its sole discretion develop other/recreational facilities for recreational purposes in the Said Group Housing Complex.

  • In accordance with the development plan of the Said Group Housing Complex, the Company proposes to develop and run a club for recreational and sporting facilities (the “Club”) for the Applicant and other occupants of the Said Group Housing Complex.
