Safety Rules and Regulations. Means any and all County or Departmental rules, policies, and procedures, and California Occupational Safety and Health Act (CAL-OSHA) regulations, which relate to prevention of injury in the County work environment.

  • The Company will provide to the employees, such items of safety equipment and apparel as required by these Safety Rules and Regulations.
