Examples of Safety Problem in a sentence

  • In either case, the cost of remedying the Safety Problem shall be borne by the Producing Party.

  • Should a Producing Party be notified of a Safety Problem, the Producing Party shall modify their design in order to remedy the Safety Problem for all products that have not been shipped.

  • Problem means an unknown underlying cause of one or more Incidents. It becomes a Known Error when the root cause is known and a temporary workaround or permanent alternative has been identified.

  • Regulatory Problem means any set of facts or circumstance wherein it has been asserted by any governmental regulatory agency (or a Regulated Stockholder reasonably believes that there is a risk of such assertion) that such Regulated Stockholder is not entitled to acquire, own, hold or control, or exercise any significant right (including the right to vote) with respect to, any Equity Securities of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company.

  • Safety means any product which, under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use including duration and, where applicable, putting into service, installation and maintenance requirements, does not present any risk or only the minimum risks compatible with the product's use, considered to be acceptable and consistent with a high level of protection for the safety and health of persons.

  • Imminent safety hazard means an imminent and unreasonable risk of death or severe personal injury.
