Safety Incident definition

Safety Incident means any failure of the SSE or any of the SSE Personnel to manage performance of the SSE Personnel in accordance with the safety requirements set forth in Section 5.2.4 of this Agreement as necessary to recognize and successfully prevent or avoid any of the following circumstances (each being a Safety Incident):

Safety Incident means any unintended or unexpected incident which could have or did lead to harm to one or more child or parent;

Examples of Safety Incident in a sentence

  • The supervisor will complete the Safety Incident or Accident Report (SIAR) with the GE.
