Safety Deposit Box definition

Safety Deposit Box means the service offered by the Bank to existing Customers whereby a Customer can store valuable physical items and documents in locked boxes maintained in a secure area of the Bank.

  • You can authorize other people with access to the Safety Deposit Box or to takeover keys from the Safety Deposit Box.

  • J&T Banka guarantees that there is no other key for the lock of your Safety Deposit Box that you will not be given.

Related to Safety Deposit Box

  • Safe Deposit Boxes means the safe deposit boxes of the Failed Bank, if any, including the removable safe deposit boxes and safe deposit stacks in the Failed Bank's vault(s), all rights and benefits under rental agreements with respect to such safe deposit boxes, and all keys and combinations thereto.

  • Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Transit village means a community with a bus, train, light rail,

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. Provisioning center includes any commercial property where marihuana is sold at retail to registered qualifying patients or registered primary caregivers. A noncommercial location used by a primary caregiver to assist a qualifying patient connected to the caregiver in accordance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, MCL 333.26421 et seq., is not a provisioning center for purposes of this article.

  • Reception center means a business that:

  • County department means the county or district department of human or social services.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Building Envelope means the integrated elements of a building which separate its interior from the outdoor environment;

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to mean sea level, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of coastal or riverine areas.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Return Location means the location from which the Vehicle was hired and which is shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Operating Envelope means the limits on the Company's approved operations set out in Conditions 2.3 to 2.7 of this

  • Virtual Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8.1.1.1 and 8.2.2.1.
