Safety Conditions definition

Safety Conditions means LUL's contract safety conditions in effect at the date of the Original Contract (a controlled copy of which was in the Contractor's possession as at the date of the Original Contract) and, in relation to sections 2 and 3 thereof, those clauses specified in the list set out in Part A of Schedule 8 and includes any amendments to such conditions as have been or are issued by the Company or LUL from time to time and notified in writing by the Company or LUL to the Contractor.

  • Equity Conditions Failure means that on any applicable date the Equity Conditions have not been satisfied (or waived in writing by the Holder).

  • Disturbance Control Standard or “DCS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the time limit following a disturbance within which a balancing authority must return its Area Control Error to within a specified range.

  • Delivery Condition has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
