Safety Codes Officer definition

Safety Codes Officer means an individual designated as a safety codes officer under section 27 of the Safety Codes Act;

Safety Codes Officer means a person certified by the Safety Codes Council under the authority of the Safety Codes Act.

Safety Codes Officer means any member certified by the Safety Codes Council of Alberta as a Safety Codes Officer for the Fire Discipline and given a Designation of Powers pursuant to the Safety Codes Act.
