Safe Location definition

Safe Location means a safe and convenient place near the Link or a place approved by VicRoads. "Schedule of Specified Imperfections" is the schedule of structural defects and an approach to remediation for each such defect as contemplated by clause 4.2 of the Twenty-second Amending Deed. "Schedule of Rail Interface Obligations" means Exhibit RR.
