Safe Location definition
Safe Location means outdoors and not on a porch or balcony area that is roofed or otherwise covered or near dry vegetation, or in any other place conducive to unwanted development or spread of fire or explosion, or supported by combustible material. The Safe Location for recreational fires shall be a minimum of 5 metres from any structure and a minimum of 5 metres from adjacent property lines. The safe location for an Open-Air Burn shall be a minimum of 30 metres from any structure and a minimum of 30 metres from adjacent property lines. The property line setbacks for a safe location does not apply to campgrounds.
Safe Location means a safe and convenient place near the Link or a place approved by VicRoads. "Schedule of Specified Imperfections" is the schedule of structural defects and an approach to remediation for each such defect as contemplated by clause 4.2 of the Twenty-second Amending Deed. "Schedule of Rail Interface Obligations" means Exhibit RR.
Safe Location means a location that does not place a client's health or safety at risk. A safe location is not a private home where the occupant is unwilling or unable to care for the client, a homeless shelter, a hotel, or a motel.

RULES - NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines SAFE VALIDATOR - The electronic drop location on the Cash Manager Safe that records amounts deposited into the Secure Safe Location and transmits said deposits to Processor.
