Safe and sane fireworks definition

Safe and sane fireworks means any fireworks which do not come within the definition of "dangerous fireworks" or "exempt fireworks".
Safe and sane fireworks means those fireworks that are defined and classified as "safe and sane fireworks" (also known as "state-approved fireworks") in Sections 12529 and 12562 of the State Fireworks Law and the relevant sections of Chapter 6, Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations, or any successor provision thereto.
