Examples of SAE Entity Members in a sentence

  • The mergers of (i) YPI with and into the REIT, (ii) YIP with and into the Operating Partnership, and (iii) the SAE Entity Members with and into the Operating Partnership shall have been consummated.

  • Remaining Members has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Associate Members means the individuals or firms which have agreed to Joint Venture in connection with the Project;
