Sabra Financing Transactions definition

Sabra Financing Transactions means the entry into a secured revolving credit facility by Sabra in the amount of $100,000,000, the issuance by Sabra of senior unsecured notes in the amount of $225,000,000, or such other financing transactions approved by the board of directors of Sun and Sabra prior to the Distribution Date.
