SaaS Software Version definition

SaaS Software Version means the base or core version of the SaaS Software that contains significant new features and significant fixes and is available to the City. SaaS Software Versions may occur as the SaaS Software architecture changes or as new technologies are developed. The nomenclature used for updates and upgrades consists of major, minor, build, and fix and these correspond to the following digit locations of a release, a,b,c,d, an example of which would be NCC 7.4.1.3, where the 7 refers to the major release, the 4 refers to the minor release, the 1 refers to the build, and the 4 refers to a fix. All SaaS Software Versions are provided and included as part of this Agreement upon request or approval from City for the upgrade.

  • In support of such SaaS Software Version upgrades, SaaS Software Revisions and SaaS Software patches, Contractor shall provide updated user technical documentation reflecting the SaaS Software Version upgrades, SaaS Software Revisions and SaaS Software patches as soon as reasonably practical after the SaaS Software Version upgrades, SaaS Software Revisions and SaaS Software Patches have been released.

  • Contractor shall provide and implement ALL SaaS Software Version upgrades, SaaS Software Revisions and SaaS Software Patches to ensure: (a) the functionality of the SaaS Software and SaaS Services, as described in the Documentation, is available to Authorized Users; (b) the functionality of the SaaS Software and SaaS Services in accordance with the representations and warranties set forth herein, including but not MA-063-22010967 WITH BINTI INC.

Related to SaaS Software Version

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.
