SaaS Listing means the operating parameters, data and data center location(s), applicable audit standards, availability standards and any other details for the specific SaaS Offering as published or made available by ConnectWise. SaaS Listings may define provisioning and management processes applicable to the SaaS Offering, types and quantities of system resources (such as storage allotments), functional and technical aspects of the SaaS, as well as a catalogue of available service requests.
