BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).
HRS means the Hawaii Revised Statutes.
POS means point of sale.
PMAX means the maximum generator real power output reported in MWs on a seasonal basis.
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013;
PCU means the Project coordinating unit referred to in Section 3.04 of this Agreement;
Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.
Routine care means medical care which is not urgent or emergent in nature and can wait for a regularly scheduled physician appointment without risk of permanent damage to the patient’s life or health status. The condition requiring routine care is not likely to substantially worsen without immediate clinical intervention.
HCPCS means the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System.
HCD means the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
Delta means the positive or negative number that is a measure of the change in market value of an option relative to changes in the value of the underlying interest of the option;
aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Tomogram means the depiction of the x-ray attenuation properties of a section through the body.
CPD means verifiable continuing professional development, as described in the General Dental Council's publication of April 2000, "Lifelong Learning – Taking Dentistry Forward", and may include attendance at approved postgraduate education courses but does not include any quality improvement activities within the meaning of paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in respect of which he is claiming an allowance in accordance with Determination XI of this Statement;
ICB means individual case basis.
TPS means a third party supplier which is authorized by law to sell electric service to a customer using the transmission or distribution system of Duke Energy Progress.
PPMS means project performance monitoring system;
system user means a natural or legal person supplying to, or being supplied by, a transmission or distribution system;
Hot Weather Alert means the notice provided by PJM to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for extreme hot and/or humid weather conditions which may cause capacity requirements and/or unit unavailability to be substantially higher than forecast are expected to persist for an extended period. IDR Transfer Agreement:
Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
RSSB means Rail Safety and Standards Board Limited (a company limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales under number 04655675), and its successors and assigns.
PICB means Performance Improvement and Compliance Branch of the Ministry, or any other branch or organizational unit of the Ministry that may succeed or replace it.
NAICS means North American Industry Classification System.
SaaS means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.
FedRAMP means the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (see xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), which is an assessment and authorization process that federal government agencies have been directed to use to ensure security is in place when accessing Cloud computing products and services.
ODA means the Ohio department of aging.
