Rural lands definition

Rural lands means all lands which are not within an urban growth area and are not designated as natural resource lands having long-term commercial significance for production of agricultural products, timber, or the extraction of minerals.
Rural lands means a parcel of land which is situated outside the boundaries of a city, town, village, summer village or a specialized municipality;
Rural lands means those areas outside of the designated Resource Lands and Urban Growth Areas.
