Runanga sRūnanga Assets” means the trust fund of the Rūnanga and shall includeincludes all assets received or otherwise owned or acquired from time to time by the Rūnanga, including without limitation all Ngāti Mutunga Landland and all assets received pursuant tounder the Deed of Settlement and Settlement Act, any assets transferred from the Iwi Authority, and any money, investments or other property paid or given to or acquired or agreed to be acquired by the Rūnanga;
