RUN-OFF BUSINESS definition

RUN-OFF BUSINESS has the meaning specified in Section 7.01(b)(i).
RUN-OFF BUSINESS means the business conducted by each of the Acquired Companies as of the date hereof other than the Retained Business.
RUN-OFF BUSINESS shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02(c) hereof.
