Rules 2014 definition

Rules 2014 means Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules 2014 as amended from time to time. Words and expressions used in the CSR Policy and not defined herein but defined in the Act 2013 shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act 2013 and Rules 2014.
