Rule and Regulations definition

Rule and Regulations means the rules and regulations regulating the use of the Premises, the Common Areas, Parking Facilities and other portions of the Building promulgated by Landlord from time to time as provided in paragraph 5.6 of this Lease.
Rule and Regulations means the rules and regulations of the SEC.
