  • Employer contributions to the Rapid Site Access Program (RSAP) are payable under this Agreement.

  • In the event of entitlement to a Severance Benefit, all forfeiture restrictions on all Company stock issued to the Executive under the Company’s RSAP shall lapse and all shares of restricted stock shall vest.

  • All future RSAP properties which are not new-build (i.e. Additional Projects which comprise properties which are not new-build) will be encouraged to meet the GLA Building Safety Standards 1 and 3-5 where so identified by the GLA prior to accepting such as an Additional Project (either through the RSAP prospectus in place at the time of bidding or such other method of identification determined by the GLA).

  • All financial capacity generated by the Grant Recipient through the terms of the Approved Capital Bid is being and will be applied by the Grant Recipient to the Delivery of new RSAP Rent Dwellings under this Agreement.
