RRO Customers definition

RRO Customers means certain small and medium-sized customers that distribution utilities are required to continue to arrange for or provide retail services;
RRO Customers means a “regulated rate customer” as defined in the RRO Regulation who accepts, uses or receives electricity service from EEC at a Site located in the distribution service area of EPC;

  • Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company
