  • Until October 1, 2005, Global shall not, and will cause its Affiliates not to, solicit or assist any other Person to solicit to perform ROV Services in the Geographic Area other than for Oceaneering or its Affiliates (except to the extent of the exceptions set forth in clause (a) above).
