Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account definition

Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account means the account established and maintained under this Plan by the Committee to record a Participant’s interest under this Plan attributable to Catch-Up Contributions designated as Roth contributions (within the meaning of Section 402A(c) of the Code) pursuant to Section 3.3.

Examples of Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account in a sentence

  • Catch-Up Contributions made by an Employer on behalf of a Participant pursuant to this Section 3.3 shall be credited to such Participant’s Catch-Up Contribution Account; provided, however, that Catch-Up Contributions that are designated as Roth contributions shall be credited to such Participant’s Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account.

  • Such Roth Contributions and Roth Catch-Up Contributions shall be allocated to the Eligible Employee’s Roth Matched Contribution Account, Roth Unmatched Contribution Account or Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account, as applicable.

  • Such Roth Contributions and Roth Catch-Up Contributions shall be allocated to the Eligible Employee’s Roth Contribution Account or Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account, as applicable.

  • Contributions and withdrawals of Roth Deferred Cash Contributions and Roth Catch-Up Contributions will be credited and debited to the Roth Deferred Cash Contribution Account and the Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account maintained for each Member.

  • For purposes of determining whether a distribution will exceed $1,000, a Participant’s Roth Account together with his or her Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account and the Participant’s other Accounts are treated as held under two separate plans.

  • Gains, losses, and other credits or charges must be separately allocated on a reasonable and consistent basis to each Member’s Roth Deferred Cash Contribution Account, the Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account and the Member’s other accounts under the Plan.

  • Roth Catch-Up Contributions are allocated to a Participant's Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account.

  • Any Participant eligible to request and receive an in-service distribution of all or a portion of his Account under the Plan, other than from the Participant’s Roth Salary Reduction or Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account, may elect to make an eligible rollover distribution to be transferred to the Participant’s designated Roth Account under the Plan.

  • A fully vested member who has attained age 59½ or who is disabled (as defined below) will receive the value of their above mentioned accounts plus the value of their Pre-Tax Account, Pre‑Tax Catch-Up Contribution Account, Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Account, Roth Deferral Contribution Account, and Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account, as well as the value of their Roth-In Plan Conversion Account.

  • A fully vested member who has attained age 59½ or who is disabled (as defined below) will receive the value of their above mentioned accounts plus the value of their Pre-Tax Account, Pre-Tax Catch-Up Contribution Account, Safe Harbor Matching Contribution Account, Roth Deferral Contribution Account, and Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account, as well as the value of their Roth-In Plan Conversion Account.

Related to Roth Catch-Up Contribution Account

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Principal Distribution Account means the account by that name established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Catch-Up Contributions means Salary Reduction Contributions made to the Plan that are in excess of an otherwise applicable Plan limit and that are made by Participants who are Age 50 or over by the end of their taxable years. An “otherwise applicable Plan limit” is a limit in the Plan that applies to Salary Reduction Contributions without regard to Catch-up Contributions, such as the limits on Annual Additions, the dollar limitation on Salary Reduction Contributions under Code Section 402(g) (not counting Catch-up Contributions) and the limit imposed by the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) test under Code Section 401(k)(3). Catch-up Contributions for a Participant for a taxable year may not exceed the dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) for the taxable year. The dollar limit on Catch-up Contributions under Code Section 414(v)(2)(B)(i) is $1,000 for taxable years beginning in 2002, increasing by $1,000 for each year thereafter up to $5,000 for taxable years beginning in 2006 and later years. After 2006, the $5,000 limit will be adjusted by the Secretary of the Treasury for cost-of-living increases under Code Section 414(v)(2)(C). Any such adjustments will be in multiples of $500.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Upper-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Profit Sharing Account means any one of the accounts so designated and provided for in Section 6.01.

  • Lower-Tier Distribution Account A subaccount of the Distribution Account, which shall be an asset of the Trust Fund and the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee's account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of "elective contributions" made on his behalf or "employee contributions" made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). The Elective Deferral Account may consist of the

  • Employer Contribution means the amount paid by an employer, as determined by the employer rate, including the normal and deficiency rates, contributions, and funds wherever used in this chapter.

  • Note Distribution Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Matching Contribution means an Employer contribution made to this or any other Defined Contribution Plan on behalf of a Participant on account of an Employee Contribution made by such Participant, or on account of a Participant's Employee Elective Deferral, under a plan maintained by the Employer.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Rollover Contribution means any rollover contribution to the Plan made by a Participant as may be permitted under Article V.
