Rotavirus Vaccine definition

Rotavirus Vaccine means a multivalent vaccine for the prevention of rotavirus infection having a bovine parenteral virus backbone developed under license from the U.S. DHHS National Institute of Health technology known as “Multivalent Human Bovine Rotavirus Vaccine,” DHHS reference No. E-015-98/0 NIH, select formulations of which shall be as developed under this Agreement.
