RoomStore means HMY RoomStore, Inc., a Virginia corporation.
RoomStore means HMY Roomstore, Inc., a Virginia corporation, and a Debtor-in-Possession in the above-captioned Case No. 00-34537 pending in the Bankruptcy Court.
Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.
ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.
GMS means the automated system, or its successor system, employed by SCE real time operations to remotely monitor and dispatch the Generating Facility.
Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.
Store means any retail store (which may include any real property, fixtures, equipment, inventory and other property related thereto) operated, or to be operated, by any Loan Party.
University Records means records or record systems that Proposer (1) creates, (2) receives from or on behalf of University, or (3) has access, and which may contain confidential information (including credit card information, social security numbers, and private health information (PHI) subject to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 (Public Law 104-191), or education records subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.
DfE means Department for Education;
Records management means the systematic control of all records from creation or receipt through processing, distribution, maintenance and retrieval, to their ultimate disposition.
Hospital services means the clinical services provided by the Hospital and the operational activities that support those clinical services, that are funded in whole or in part by the Funder, and includes the type, volume, frequency and availability of Hospital Services; HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications means the document entitled “HSAA Indicator Technical Specifications” as it may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Guest means an individual who meets the requirements of Subsection 32B-6-407(9).
Inpatient hospital services means any health care service provided to a patient who has been admitted to a hospital and is required to remain in that hospital overnight, but does not include any secure forensic mental health services;
GVWR means gross vehicle weight rating.
Clergy means any regularly licensed or ordained minister, priest, or rabbi of any church or religious denomination, whether acting in an individual capacity or as an employee or agent of any public or private organization or institution.
Apple means Apple Inc., a California corporation with its principal place of business at Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, U.S.A.
Shorelines means all of the water areas of the state, including reservoirs, and their associated shorelands, together with the lands underlying them; except (i) shorelines of statewide significance; (ii) shorelines on segments of streams upstream of a point where the mean annual flow is twenty cubic feet per second or less and the wetlands associated with such upstream segments; and (iii) shorelines on lakes less than twenty acres in size and wetlands associated with such small lakes.
Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
Gamete means either of the two generative cells essential for human reproduction;
Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.
Outpatient hospital services means preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, observation, rehabilitation, or palliative services provided to an outpatient by or under the direction of a physician, dentist, or other practitioner by an institution that:
SCS means the Soil Conservation Service.
KENAS wherever appearing means the Kenya National Accreditation Service or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Participating Companies means any insurance company (including Insurance Company) that offers variable annuity and/or variable life insurance contracts to the public and that has entered into an agreement with one or more of the Funds.
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
