Roof Warranty definition

Roof Warranty means a warranty agreement or agreements from each of the installer and the manufacturer for all of the existing roofs on the Property (other than any metal roofs) in customary commercial form and substance and reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser.

  • Limited Warranty means the limited warranties and your coverage provided by IKO for your Shingles as expressly set out in this document, and are the only warranties being provided by IKO.
