Rollover Time definition

Rollover Time means the time specified as such in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms;

Examples of Rollover Time in a sentence

  • At the Rollover Time, each Stockholder shall deliver to Parent a properly completed and timely executed Internal Revenue Service Form W-8 or W-9.
